Life Journey so far

Claudia’s path is rooted in both purpose and strategy. She began her professional journey in social work and behavioural therapy, supporting children with cognitive disabilities – an experience that deepened her empathy and fuelled her commitment to unlocking human potential. Over time, she discovered the power of communications and behavioural science as tools to humanise systems, drive meaningful change, and foster authentic connection.

Claudia’s career has taken her from executive leadership to marketing, PR, communications, and change management, alongside deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem helping organisations work smarter and more effectively. She is the founder of You.PurposeBuilt, a coaching program designed to help individuals identify what’s holding them back and create a clear path toward becoming the healthiest, most empowered version of themselves.

Outside of her professional achievements, Claudia has navigated her own seasons of transformation while raising two daughters – experiences that reinforced her belief that leadership is as much about self-awareness and purpose as it is about strategy. Today, she brings this depth of lived experience to her coaching, helping leaders and individuals align vision with human behaviour principles to create measurable and sustainable change.
