Khanh helps people stop fixing what’s wrong and start building from what’s right. With 24 years in the talent space, she coaches through a powerful blend of data-driven insight and deep intuition, combining CliftonStrengths® with soul, structure, and a refreshingly human approach.
Khanh partners with individuals, teams, and organisations to align strengths with strategy, unlocking performance and leadership that actually feels like you. Her coaching reveals how people think, contribute, make decisions, and recharge, turning raw talent into practical outcomes.
Life journey so far
Khanh is a proud Vietnamese refugee, raised in Australia by parents who built a life from nothing. No privilege, just purpose, grit, and love. Her mum ran a tailoring business. Her dad built a gardening business. Together, they didn’t talk about Ikigai. They lived it every single day.
That spirit fuels Khanh’s work. She believes that when people stop trying to be everything to everyone and start doing more of what’s naturally right for them they unlock a life of abundance, power, freedom, and joy.
Khanh lives what she teaches. She’s a builder and creator of programs, systems, cultures, artwork, and gardens. She’s grown tomatoes and Vietnamese herbs from scratch, loves dancing in the rain (but only when it’s tropical), and finds joy in paint, music, and muddy hands in the soil.
But her greatest joy?
Watching people realise: I don’t have to be all things to all people. I can be unapologetically me, doing what energises and fulfils me.
A proud wife and mum of two, she flies the flag for a strengths movement that puts humanity back at the heart of leadership.
