Life Journey so far
Sage’s journey is defined by adaptability, discipline, and deep commitment to human connection. As a young rugby league player, he experienced the demands of high performance first hand. A life changing health challenge later reshaped his perspective, giving him a profound understanding of what it feels like to be disconnected from your body, exhausted in every way, and uncertain of what comes next.
Through recovery, he discovered that movement is far more than physical exercise. It is a pathway to rebuilding confidence, mindset, and self belief. Alongside his professional work, Sage is a proud dad, a role that deepens his understanding of balance, motivation, and what truly matters.
