Jacinda

Jacinda works with executives, founders and high-stakes communicators who have the content but lose the room, through a flat voice, closed body language, or nerves that surface the moment the stakes rise. She also works with leaders ready to go from one-to-one to one-to-many, taking the presence that already works in a meeting and building it to hold a stage, a panel or a room of hundreds. Using her three-stage presence method and 25 years of professional performance training, she rebuilds delivery from the body up: breath, voice, eye contact and physical presence, so what a leader says finally matches how they show up.

Life Journey so far:

Jacinda spent 25 years as a professional performer on stages around the world, from crowds of two to thousands: a dinosaur puppeteer, a producer, a dancer, a circus-trained performer working across theatre, TV commercials and live comedy. She built a festival career across Australia, taking the stage at Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festival among others, and won the NIDA Emerging Producer Award for her sold-out solo show Tinder Cindy at Sydney Fringe Festival 2022.

Her training as a professional dancer and circus artist, alongside her 15 years as a certified personal trainer, built a practical understanding of how the body holds stress and how to train it to perform under pressure. That combination, performer and trainer, gave her a front-row seat to a gap most coaches never see: capable leaders standing up to speak and getting undermined by a weak voice or closed body language, not because they lacked the ideas, but because no one had ever taught them how to physically embody what they are saying.

She now coaches executive leaders and teams (including American Express and Commonwealth Bank), and runs live events like The Presence Lab at UTS. For leaders ready to take it to the next level, she doesn’t run a blanket system: she works out what’s actually going to work best for each person, then builds from there.

Coaching with Jacinda focuses on:

  • Building physical presence: breath, voice, pace and eye contact under pressure
  • Preparing for the moment that goes wrong, so delivery holds regardless of what hits
  • Reading the room and adapting in real time, learning to think beyond the script
  • Translating message into embodied delivery for pitches, panels and high-stakes moments
  • Training resilience so nerves become fuel instead of a weakness.

Who this is for:

  • Leaders and professionals who know their material but feel it doesn’t land as intended
  • Executives preparing for a high-stakes pitch, panel or keynote moment
  • Anyone who has been told what to say but never how to physically own the room.
