Sara helps high-functioning professionals close the gap between knowing and doing, turning avoidance patterns into consistent, measurable follow-through.
Sara works with individuals who are analytically capable and self-aware but stuck at the point of execution. Using a structured diagnostic approach and NLP-based pattern work, she helps clients identify exactly where their decision-making breaks down, interrupt it in real time, and build the kind of follow-through that becomes visible over time.
Life journey so far
Sara spent her early years working as an environmental consultant in contaminated land management. It was precise, high-stakes work that demanded analytical rigour and technical accountability. From the outside, it looked like a solid career. Internally, she felt a growing disconnect between the life she was building and the one she actually wanted.
She understood what needed to change. She had done the reflection, the planning, the research. What she could not do was act on it. Not because she lacked clarity, but because her default pattern under pressure was to seek more information rather than move. Each time the decision came close, something would pull her back into analysis. Eventually she recognised it as a pattern, not a personality flaw, and built a system to interrupt it.
That process of understanding her own pattern, and finally moving through it, became the foundation of her coaching. She built a structured system out of her own experience so that clients do not have to spend years figuring it out alone.
Coaching with Sara focuses on
- Identifying the specific moment execution breaks down and what is driving it
- Mapping behavioural patterns so they become visible and workable
- Building a personalised intervention protocol for when avoidance shows up
- Tracking follow-through rate week over week so progress is measurable, not assumed
- Decision-making under pressure, ambiguity, and high personal stakes
Who this is for
High-achieving executives and corporate professionals who perform well externally but find themselves stalling on key decisions, avoiding difficult conversations, or struggling to follow through consistently. People who are ready to understand their pattern rather than just push past it.
