Sanjay has over 25 years of experience within talent solutions and business advisory across the Asia-Pacific region. For the past 15 years, he has steered his own successful business, gaining first hand insight into the myriad of challenges existing within workplaces, especially concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). From cultural disparities to gender inequalities and beyond, Sanjay has directly confronted and navigated a broad spectrum of issues, refining his comprehension of the intricate dynamics involved in cultivating inclusive and prosperous work environments. My Story
Following his passion, Sanjay is the co-founder of DEI Tech Solutions, established to create workplaces where no one feels disadvantaged or excluded. Sanjay holds a particular fascination with the human journey that each individual undertakes to reach this moment in time. He finds personal stories captivating, as they shape our behaviours and lead us to explore new ideas and ventures on life's path.

Inevitably, challenges arise in everyone's life. For Sanjay, it was a marital dispute that shifted his focus from work to the care of his two children. This time away from the workplace provided valuable lessons and enabled Sanjay to cultivate a fresh perspective on his personal relationships and the type of business he wished to be part of.
