Rebecca Beardsley
Rebecca has over 25 years' experience working with multinational firms, SMEs and entrepreneurs - helping them to grow and thrive in business. As a business development & marketing specialist, Rebecca has played an integral role in leading large scale business transformation and change management projects. She enjoys connecting people and ideas with purpose and is recognised by those she works with for her problem solving capabilities and her highly creative and strategic approach to all she does. Rebecca has an open and collaborative leadership style and loves helping others shine in their work.
My Story
Nothing in life is too challenging for Rebecca. She has spoken openly about her journey of overcoming extreme adversity having experienced corporate burnout and domestic abuse - physically, emotionally and financially and her life to a partner with addiction for more than two decades. In 2021 amidst the COVID lockdown, Rebecca took bold steps to redesign her life - finalising the dissolution of her marriage, becoming a proud Australian Citizen, ending her corporate career and single-handedly moving interstate with her two children - a deliberate and brave move to shift from surviving to thriving.
Rebecca is now a solo mum, a business owner and an active advocate for advancing the careers of women in STEM devoting many hours each week to her volunteer work with Women in Technology WA (WiTWA) and Franklin Women.
