Matt has spent the last 20 years working in the IT industry advising companies on their Talent Mapping and Organisational Development strategies. This has given him a unique understanding of workplace culture and the challenges to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.

Over the last decade, Matt has successfully managed his own business, collaborating with numerous clients in both commercial and government sectors. His commitment to excellence is highlighted by his ISO/DIS 30415 Human Resource Management D&I Certification, and he is currently pursuing a Psychology Degree at Charles Sturt University.
My Story
Matt's innate fascination with people and their relationship dynamics has deeply influenced his career path and led him to Co-found DEI Tech Solutions. He finds joy in delving into the intricacies of individuals' life journeys, recognising and celebrating the uniqueness inherent in each person he encounters.

Matt has faced some personal challenges within his own marital relationship and currently co-parents his son. These experiences have enriched his understanding of life, family dynamics, and the profound impact of relationships on workplace performance.
